Saphir, multi-mission and multi-site, is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of people whose physical and psychic integrity is fragile during their life process. To complete our care team, we are looking for our establishments in Corcelles-sur-Chavornay and Hermenches, which accommodate 18 and 15 people and which are specialized in the field of adult disability, the following profile:Community Health Care Assistant (ASSC)Permanent contract between 80% and 100%Whatever their function, Saphir professionals have a common desire: to accompany people on a daily basis to allow them to concretely experience the institutional reality of like at home. That is to say, to keep their habits as much as possible, to offer a response adapted to their wishes and, through real interprofessional collaboration, to allow the well-being and happiness of the residents.As a community health care assistant, you will be required to supervise and accompany people in their daily lives and will take part in their support in its entirety by evaluating their physical, psychic, social and spiritual needs. You will participate in support projects and will provide medically delegated acts under the supervision of the registered nurse and will know how to favor interprofessional collaboration.
