At the Le Marronnier Foundation, the staff, supported by the Foundation Council and Management, strive to provide a pleasant and welcoming living and care environment for long-term residents and their relatives. The Foundation is looking for a 1st September 2026 (or to be agreed) a:

Care Assistant between 60% - 100% EMS Le Tilleul site, ch. de la Cigale 27 in Lausanne

Your mission

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation of the resident's care plan.
  • Assess, define and provide the required care for the resident according to medical orders received.
  • Support and assist the resident in daily living activities in accordance with the care plan.
  • Support the resident and their relatives in crisis and end-of-life situations.
  • Be willing to work split and continuous day shifts, as well as two weekends per month.

Your profile

  • Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as Care Assistant, or equivalent qualification recognised by the Swiss Red Cross
  • Aptitude for working in a multidisciplinary team;
  • Organisational skills, practical sense and versatility;
  • Capacity for reflection and analysis;
  • Team spirit and ability to promote communication and exchange;
  • Easy contact with elderly people and interest in human relations;
  • Fluency in French, spoken and written.​
