It provides care, support, prevention, and health promotion 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, to more than a significant number of people of all ages, including 25% under 65 years old. They work in interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration, respecting the mission and objectives of the institution.Missions and Responsibilities:- Provide basic care and technical medical acts delegated by the referring nurse, while adopting a holistic approach to the client.- Promote the recovery of the client's health, strengthening or maintaining their autonomy to help them restore, continue, or adapt their lifestyle so they can remain or return home.- Assess and re-evaluate the need for assistance and take responsibility for it.- Carry out actions of assistance while respecting the client’s lifestyle and their environment.- Foster the maintenance of connections with family and collaborate with them to determine resources and support.Requirements:- Sensitivity to human relations and communication skills.- Ability to assess needs and act responsibly.- Stress resistance and capability for physical work.- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.- Essential mobility (by bike/walking/driving/public transport).What We Offer:At IMAD, we believe that health is essential.
