Workplace: Brügg (BE)Fixed-term contract - ProjectWorkplace: Brügg, under the supervision of the Advertising and Institutional Project Manager, you will participate in the management, creation, and provision of institutional content for the entire Hermès Horloger business line.Your main missions will be:Management of monthly press content:- You participate in drafting briefs for visual and editorial content for press releases.- You coordinate visual production in collaboration with the Hermès Horloger Visual Content teams as well as product images and Making Of content.- You participate in the selection of writers for press content and follow the entire proofreading process with editorial assistants.- You ensure the launch and monitoring of press kits; you are in daily contact with the Watch and Jewelry press teams and you make the final content available to all teams.Content for the website & CRM:- You assemble mock-ups for the launch of Landing pages & newsletters and you coordinate editorial content as well as the technical team.- You coordinate the E-commerce & Customer Experience Art Direction teams.- You participate in productions (images and texts) and ensure their quality.- You coordinate the editorial content of editorial pages and product sheets.Visual identity and permanent content of the watchmaking business:- You coordinate external visibility (Press & Clients) by participating in visual identity, advertising campaigns, and print production for the business line as well as for recurring events.- You also coordinate internal visibility (Hermès Horloger and Group) by participating in the promotion of the watchmaking business and in the drafting of 360° business documents (History, manufactures, etc.).- You ensure monitoring by creating purchase orders for the scope.Profile:- You have a first successful experience (1 to 3 years) in a similar environment.- You hold a Master's degree or equivalent in Marketing or Communication.- You are passionate about the world of luxury or watchmaking and you are recognized for your aesthetic sense and your editorial sensitivity.- You do not hesitate to propose new ideas and have a strong curiosity about emerging market trends.- You are organized and proactive and you have a team spirit and synthesis skills, attention to detail, as well as excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of service.- You have a good command of project management.- You enjoy working with varied stakeholders, in an international context.- You master common tools (Powerpoint, Excel...) as well as English and French, both orally and in writing.- Beyond academic qualities, we are looking for human qualities allowing for rapid integration within the Hermès House. jid8134ccdaen jit0416aen jpiy26aen
