For our branch in Pully, we are looking for: A communication officer within the Service you contribute to informing our audiences and highlighting the commitments and actions of Assura. You hold a transversal and multichannel role, involving writing and project management, in a demanding environment where your ability to synthesize and attention to detail make a difference in your daily work. You design and write content for various media: client magazine, brochures, and social media. Your goal is to produce clear content that is suitable for the audiences to which it is addressed. For this, you adjust the tone, style, and level so that each message is relevant and of high quality. You submit content proposals and, being curious and meticulous, you research, verify with care, and structure before translating it into content, always with a constant concern for coherence. You plan and coordinate precisely with the different stakeholders and production stages, ensuring the dissemination of materials in compliance with the graphic charter. You propose visuals that are adapted to the media and messages to be conveyed, and, if necessary, you support the production. In parallel, you manage projects from A to Z. In close collaboration with internal teams, you analyze needs, propose plans, and ensure their implementation with rigor and passion that you bring to the team.You have a university degree in letters or social and political sciences, complemented by a diploma in communication/PR. You have at least 5 years of experience in French language communication, excellent writing skills, and strong spelling. Ideally, you master German both orally and in writing. Comfortable with digital tools, you are proficient in major content management tools and have an interest in Swiss public and political institutions. You appreciate dynamic environments, and experience in insurance or health fields is a strong asset for this position.
