Introduction

Domaine des Loveresses is a Swiss family SME active in the production and marketing of quality fruits and vegetables, sourced from our estate and local partner producers. We currently have 90 employees, all driven by a passion for the land, respect for the seasons, and a desire to offer our customers fresh and flavoursome products. In addition to our production and distribution activities, we offer a direct sales shop on our estate, Le Petit Marché, open every day from 7am to 8pm, where our customers can find our seasonal fruits and vegetables, meat, cheese, and various Swiss products.

As part of our development, we are looking for a Commercial & Marketing Development Officer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our business.

We seek a dynamic, creative, and organised person who will actively contribute to the development of our direct sales activities, the attractiveness of our brand, and the promotion of our local products.

Your mission

In close collaboration with management and operational teams, you will participate in the commercial development of the company by implementing actions aimed at strengthening our visibility, attractiveness, and proximity to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.
  • Identify new market opportunities and establish partnerships with potential clients and distributors.
  • Manage and optimise marketing campaigns, including social media, newsletters, and promotional events.
  • Analyse market trends and sales performance to propose corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure coherent communication and an optimal customer experience.
  • Participate in the organisation and promotion of local events and activities of Le Petit Marché.
  • Coordinate certain commercial development projects.

Qualifications

  • Higher education in commerce, marketing, or an equivalent field.
  • Proven experience in a similar position, ideally in the agri-food or distribution sector.
  • (knowledge of fruits, vegetables, and local products)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and social media.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Knowledge of the Swiss market and sensitivity to local and seasonal products.
  • Valid driving licence in Switzerland.
  • You live no more than 15 minutes from Domaine des Loveresses.
