Your future responsibilities:

• You will manage tenders using WinProgitel (Polylog) software
• You will take care of formatting and sending offers
• You will manage orders and create projects on Office Manager
• You will be responsible for establishing and monitoring invoicing
• You will manage installation notices on Elektroform software
• You will take care of filing and archiving project files.

Your profile:

• You hold a commercial employee federal certificate (CFC)
• You are stress-resistant and have a good capacity to adapt.
• You have a disciplined and results-oriented personality.
• You are comfortable with office tools (Microsoft Office)
• You have great versatility, team spirit and ease of integration
• You have experience in the construction sector and/or good knowledge of the Polylog suite software
