Your future tasks (if you accept them):

Under the responsibility of your apprenticeship supervisor, you will experience all aspects of the life of a placement agency:

• Reception & Welcome: You will be the first face and voice of the agency for our candidates and clients (in person and by phone).

• Administrative management: Handling emails, drafting professional letters, and managing postal mail.

• Human relations: Regular contact with our temporary collaborators and our construction clients.

• Recruitment support: Sorting CVs, drafting and posting job advertisements, participating in interviews, and creating application files.

• Communication: Creating and sending mailings and newsletters.

Your profile:

• You have completed your compulsory schooling with good results (especially in French).

• You have excellent written and oral communication skills.

• You have a sense of contact, empathy, and a good dose of energy.

• You are organised, thorough, and know how to be discreet (data confidentiality).

• You are interested in the construction and human resources fields.
