Commercial and Flow Manager of CTDS, Special Waste Treatment Center in Geneva is tasked with sustainably treating special waste (hazardous waste for the European) from the canton of Geneva and neighboring regions (Switzerland and nearby France) in compliance with regulations. The company was established by Swiss stakeholders in waste management and the Remondis family group, a leader in water and environmental management. With over 800 treatment sites, the group currently employs nearly 9,000 people across about 750 locations in 33 countries. ResponsibilitiesYou will be the primary contact for our clients and partners regarding the treatment and management of special waste. Your responsibilities will include: Commercial:- Developing the company’s services and commercial activities- Client management: site visits, advising on the collection and packaging of their special waste, organizing campaigns, project follow-up, and preparing takeover quotes - Managing the activities and waste flows with partners for the collection or final disposal of waste - Seeking new treatment or pre-treatment solutions Planning and Logistics:- Continuous coordination with internal teams for the treatment and management of incoming and outgoing site schedules - Managing the company’s logistics activities - Carrying out other tasks necessary to achieve the company's objectives The ideal candidate is team-oriented, organized, and approachable. They are dedicated to their tasks in service of clients, the environment, and have a diploma in organic, analytical, industrial processes, or research. Desired experience in the chemical/ fine chemicals/ pharmaceuticals industry, and/or in the management or treatment of industrial special waste is appreciated. Commercial experience is a plus. Technical knowledge of waste treatment is an advantage. Excellent level of written and spoken French. Ability to communicate orally in German and/or English is an advantage.
