Commercial and Client Accounts Manager Skin Minute Swiss is a Swiss cosmetic brand distributed in stores and online. Recognized for the quality of its face and body care, it relies on the expertise of beauty institutes. You have several years of experience in selling cosmetic products, you understand the realities on the ground, and you want to take a step towards supervision and sales management? This position is made for you. Reporting directly to management, you will split your time between the field and office: you will regularly visit points of sale and personally drive the activities. You are the concrete link between the brand and the 50 points of sale. You manage and supervise a team, drive promotional actions, and ensure follow-up with small distributor accounts and export partners while seeking out new points of sale. As the guarantor of the proper execution of commercial actions, you will report back to management through rigorous reporting. Dynamic, ambitious, and bilingual in French and German, you are ready to invest in an entrepreneurial environment where real responsibilities begin from the first day. Your main responsibilities: Regularly visit points of sale and animate certain activities in the field. Plan and coordinate commercial strategies across a network of 50 points of sale. Prospect new points of sale. Manage and supervise the field team (briefing, planning, quality follow-up). Ensure follow-up with small partner distributor accounts. Conduct commercial activities with partners. Produce sales reporting and field activity reports (Excel). Your profile: Proven experience in selling cosmetic products, either in commercial roles or beauty consulting. Knowledge of how points of sale function in large distribution. Ability to lead and motivate a field team. Sense of rigor and autonomy. Ease and enthusiasm for client contact. Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
