Refdata Services Sàrl is the operational subsidiary of the Refdata Foundation, which works towards the digitisation of processes in the Swiss healthcare system. It operates platforms and central registers dedicated to data related to medicines, healthcare organisations, and healthcare professionals. It also manages the official platforms for publishing information on medicines.

As a non-profit organisation, it makes a significant contribution to quality, transparency, and patient safety in Switzerland.

We are looking for, starting 1st September or a date to be agreed, a colleague, Specialist Referencing 80% Workplace: Geneva

Your responsibilities
Within mandates entrusted by the pharmaceutical industry, health authorities, and other healthcare system actors, you contribute to the management and quality of reference data in the Swiss healthcare sector.

You are responsible for checking, validating, and updating information from various sources to ensure the accuracy of a database containing more than 500,000 records.

You provide first-level support to users of the Refdata and SIMIS platforms. You assist them particularly with their requests related to medicine identification, access to electronic medicine information, and the use of Refdata’s digital services.

In the course of your activities, you work daily in German and French.

Your profile

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee, an equivalent qualification, or have relevant professional experience in an administrative or customer support role.
• You enjoy contact with users and have an excellent sense of service.
• You work rigorously, independently, and in an organised manner, while showing great attention to data quality.
• You are comfortable with IT tools and quickly learn to use new applications.
• You have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with a variety of stakeholders (health professionals, companies, associations, and authorities).
• You have a perfect command of French and German, both spoken and written, enabling you to handle requests in both languages.
• Knowledge of Italian and/or English would be appreciated assets.
• Experience in the healthcare sector, pharmaceutical industry, or customer support would ideally complement the desired profile.
