Join our back-office team in Belfaux and evolve in a human-sized environment.What you will do:- Ensure the monitoring of high-risk transactions, control KYC questionnaires, guarantee compliance during account openings (CDB), and ensure the regulatory updating of client files.- Respect regulatory requirements: contribute to risk control by applying current regulations and actively participating in the quality of due diligence and anti-money laundering measures.- Manage client data: process and update master data, while ensuring the management of physical documents and investments.- Manage investments: open investment accounts, perform key controls related to investment activities, and verify the documentation required by applicable banking regulations.- Payment traffic: process payment orders and manage various payment systems.- Support back-office activities: participate in daily tasks, including account opening, and provide support to advisors and credit departments.What you bring:- A completed banking education or an equivalent level in another field of finance.- Confirmed experience in the finance sector (banking experience is a plus).- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.- A team spirit and a desire to actively collaborate with different departments.- An ability to assert oneself and assume daily regulatory compliance tasks.- Excellent command of digital tools, integrated into efficient working methods, serving internal processes and the client.We work in a friendly environment.Values are our pillars.
