What awaits you?
- Compliance: ensure the monitoring of high-risk transactions, check KYC questionnaires, guarantee compliance during relationship openings (CDB) and ensure the regulatory update of client files
- Respect for regulatory requirements: contribute to risk control by applying current prescriptions and actively participating in the quality of due diligence and anti-money laundering systems
- Client data management: process and update basic data while managing physical and electronic documents
- Investment administration: open investment services, perform key controls related to investment activities and verify the documentation required by applicable banking regulations
- Payment traffic: process payment orders and manage various payment systems
- Support for back-office activities: participate in routine administrative tasks, including opening services, supporting advisors and credit administration
What do you bring?
- A completed banking education or an equivalent level in another finance field
- Proven experience in finance (banking experience is a plus)
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- A team spirit and a desire to actively collaborate with different departments
- An ability to assert yourself and take responsibility for daily regulatory compliance tasks
- Excellent digital tool proficiency, integrated into efficient working methods, serving internal processes and client relations
