Sales is your passion and you are recognized for your excellent ability to organize yourself and your good aptitude for networking. You know how to work in a Training Lab (m/f). You accompany customer advisors individually in sales and advisory sessions, you provide qualified feedback and implement development measures. You moderate, animate and conduct training labs focused on individual and small group sessions. You participate in the continuous development of content and foster a culture of excellence in terms of customer service.What you bring:Education: Bachelor's degree (university/specialized school).Professional experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in adult training. Experience as an advisor for private clients or the clientele and several years of required experience. Willingness to travel across French-speaking Switzerland. Motivated personality, and customer-oriented. Experience in coaching is an advantage (capable of conducting individual sessions).
