Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a:
We seek a hands-on, dynamic and versatile person, capable of ensuring both the operational management of a CNC workshop, technical support to teams, and the daily management of a team of about 12 employees.
Permanent position. Daytime hours.
CNC Workshop Manager
- Federal VET Diploma in Polymechanics, ES Technician in mechanics or equivalent training considered.
- Solid experience in CNC machining in a watchmaking, microtechnology or precision components environment.
- Mastery of adjustments, programming and machining optimisations; knowledge of Alphacam and/or FANUC appreciated.
- Proven experience in team supervision or real potential for hands-on management.
- Versatile profile, able to switch from workshop coordination to direct machine intervention.
- Simple, natural and unifying leadership, with clear communication and a strong presence on site.
- Dynamic, autonomous, structured personality oriented towards continuous improvement.
- Field-oriented, dynamic and capable of making operational decisions.
- Organise and manage the daily activity of the CNC workshop, ensuring follow-up of the production plan, priorities and deadlines.
- Supervise, support and develop the skills of a stable and collaborative team of about 12 people.
- Provide direct technical support on site: adjustments, programming, fine-tuning, optimisation and resolution of machining issues.
- Program and optimise machining on CNC machines, notably via Alphacam and FANUC / Robodrill controls.
- Ensure human and technical versatility on the machine park to guarantee production continuity.
- Monitor and improve workshop performance: quality, productivity, machining time, workflow and working methods.
- Collaborate with support services and act as the on-site liaison with production, with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
