We are looking for one of our clients in the watchmaking sector, based in Geneva,A confirmed Screw Machine Operator to fill a position as a Setter on Tornos Screw MachinesURGENT !!! CNC Screw Machine Setter on TORNOS Deco Evo machinesMISSION DESCRIPTION- Changeovers, setting of collets, tooling and bar feeders, adjustment of dimensions, and start-up of Tornos Deco Evo CNC screw machines.- Machining and inspection of manufactured parts with precise checks using traditional inspection tools, 3D inspection, and optical inspection depending on the parts.- First-level maintenance.- Long-term temporary assignment on a 2x8 shift schedule.PROFILE- CFC in poly-mechanics or CFC in micro-mechanics.- Significant experience on TORNOS screw machines, ideally in the watchmaking field.- Basic knowledge of CNC milling would be a plus.- Excellent knowledge of reading technical drawings.- Excellent knowledge of inspection tools including digital inspection tools.- Good mechanical technical sense to find quick and effective solutions.- Comfortable with tools for vision tracking to respect visual checks of manufactured parts.- Team spirit and cohesion. jidaf41955aen jit0416aen jpiy26aen
