We are looking for one of our clients in the watchmaking field, based in Geneva, an experienced CNC Screw Machine Setter on TORNOS Deco Evo machines. URGENT!!! CNC Screw Machine Setter on TORNOS Deco Evo machines. MISSION DESCRIPTION: Series changes, collet adjustments, tooling and loaders, setting dimensions, and starting up Tornos CNC Screw Machines. Machining and inspecting parts made with sharp tools using traditional control, 3D checking, and optical inspection according to the parts. First-level maintenance. Temporary long-term position in 2x8 shift. PROFILE: CFC in poly-mechanics or CFC in micro-mechanics, extensive experience with TORNOS screw machines, ideally with basic CNC milling knowledge would be a plus. Excellent knowledge in reading and understanding control tools including numeric control inspection tools. Good mechanical technical sense to find quick and effective solutions.
