To complement our prototypes and small series unit, we are looking for a CNC Programmer - Setter for our Manufacture in Saignelégier:CNC PROGRAMMER - SETTERAs a CNC Programmer - Setter, you are at the heart of our machining processes, from program design to the production of high value-added parts. You play a key role in the execution of complex projects, ensuring quality, performance, and optimization.Design & Development: - Design and implement programs for prototypes, small series, and technically complex parts.- Actively participate in design reviews, providing your expertise to optimize and standardize products and processes.- Ensure continuous improvement of our processes by staying informed about technical developments and advancements in tooling and processes.Production Management: - Ensure the production launch and complete oversight of your projects until delivery, guaranteeing adherence to product requirements (quality, cost, deadline).- Ensure the stability of product performance and traceability of issues encountered.- Support from the Supply Chain department to optimize productions across different units.Reporting & Collaboration: - Ensure comprehensive and rapid feedback on production problems to support departments in a continuous improvement perspective.- Participate in continuous improvement projects and multidisciplinary working groups.ProfileYou have a technical background in mechanics, microtechnology, or an equivalent field (CFC, ETS, or higher) and possess 3 to 5 years of experience in CNC applied to high complexity parts. Experience in the watch casing or precision mechanics environment is particularly appreciated, as well as experience with Bumotec S191 machines or similar. You master the operation of complex numerical control machines, particularly in 3-axes and 5-axes, including multi-spindle and rework environments. Comfortable with CAD/CAM tools and DNC systems, you ideally use solutions such as GibbsCam. Your knowledge of quality tools and problem-solving methodologies allows you to approach industrial challenges rigorously and methodically. With a strong field culture, you are recognized for your autonomy, analytical skills, and ability to take a step back on techniques to propose concrete and sustainable solutions. Your team spirit, communication skills, and adaptability enable you to interact effectively with varied stakeholders and play a leading role within teams.
