We are looking for a permanent position for one of our clients in the Geneva region: CNC Programmer/Setter H/F. CNC Programmer/Setter for 5 Axes: Design, develop, and optimize machining programs (milling and turning) for watchmaking components (cases, backs, bezels). Good knowledge of machines such as Willemin, Robotdrill, in production: Ensure communication by actively participating in the setup and adjustments of the machines. Performance: Strongly engage in the continuous improvement of process times and the quality of finished products. Technical Support: Provide technical support to setters and assist in solving complex problems. Solid CNC CAM skills in GibbsCAM. Required technical expertise: CFC Micro mechanic, Polymecanic or equivalent title. Proven experience (minimum 5 years) on 5-axis machines. Essential expertise in Watchmaking Finishing. Complete mastery of GibbsCAM X and professionalism. Excellent team spirit and the ability to propose continuous improvements and solutions.
