Our interventions are mainly in the watchmaking, industry, and service sectors, for key and/or responsible positions.In this context, we are currently looking for a:CNC Programmer-SetterPermanent position | Watchmaking | La Chaux-de-FondsYour missionYou actively participate in the production of high-precision watch components, from preparation to machining, while respecting quality, performance, and deadline standards.Responsibilities- Program parts on Alphacam (3 and 5 axes).- Perform settings, setups, and machining on CNC lathes and milling machines (Fanuc control).- Produce high-value-added watch components.- Ensure dimensional and visual control using measuring instruments.- Actively participate in the versatility and dynamics of the team.- Meet objectives in terms of quality, performance, and deadlines.Profile- Precision Mechanic or Micromechanic qualification, with several years of experience in watchmaking (movement parts).- Mastery of CNC setting and programming.- Comfortable reading blueprints and using standard measuring devices.- Organized, precise, proactive, solution-oriented personality with a team spirit.- Rigor in following procedures and quality standards.What our client offers- The possibility of working on luxury watch products.- Great autonomy in a modern and structured environment.- A human-sized company, favoring expertise and knowledge transfer.- Salary in line with the requirements of the position, with real development prospects.Our recruitment approachAt WHYNESS, recruitment begins with the human element.
