As part of the development of our organisation, we are looking for a:

CNC Production Manager

Your mission:

As the true technical reference of your unit, you will ensure both team management, process control and the industrial development of new products.

Your main responsibilities:

• Manage, support and develop a team of around ten CNC employees
• Ensure programming, adjustments and fine-tuning of production equipment
• Participate in the industrialisation of new products and process validation
• Manage the activity of your unit to guarantee quality, deadline and productivity objectives
• Actively participate in continuous improvement, process structuring and the industrial development of the company
• Work closely with the Production, Quality, Methods and Supply Chain departments

Your profile:

• Technical training in micromechanics, polymecanics, precision mechanics or equivalent field
• Proven experience in a CNC environment
• Very good practical knowledge of Crevoisier and Recomatic machines
• Experience in the industrialisation of new products
• Successful experience in team management
• Knowledge of the watchmaking or microtechnology sector
• Natural leadership, autonomy and initiative
• Field-oriented, results-driven and continuous improvement mindset
