WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Manage and lead a team of about 20 people: work organisation, resource and holiday planning, conflict management, skills development, and fostering a positive team spirit
• Organise and coordinate daily activities on the production lines to ensure product and equipment compliance
• Participate in planning and adjust the manufacturing schedule according to priorities and constraints
• Handle unforeseen events (breakdowns, absences, material shortages) and adapt priorities to ensure continuity and reliability of operations
• Coordinate technical interventions with maintenance and support teams
• Promote a collaborative, responsible, and performance-oriented work environment
• Ensure strict compliance with quality, hygiene, safety, and environmental standards

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Diploma as a dairy technologist or in foodstuffs, engineering training in food technology or agronomy (Bachelor) or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in production management in industry, ideally in the food sector
• Oral and written proficiency in French and/or German (minimum B2)
• Comfort with common IT tools, MS Office, and ability to use company-specific tools (CMMS, ERP, etc.)
• Ability to make appropriate decisions in complex situations to handle unforeseen events
• Strong leadership and exemplary presence on the ground with organisational skills and results orientation
• Good team spirit and solution-oriented approach
