On behalf of one of our partners, we are looking for a CNC Production Manager (M/F).

Your future responsibilities:

• You will supervise, support and develop a team of CNC collaborators.
• You will oversee the programming, adjustments and fine-tuning of production equipment.
• You will participate in the industrialisation of new products as well as the validation of manufacturing processes.
• You will manage the activity of your sector to achieve quality, deadline and performance objectives.
• You will actively contribute to continuous improvement, process optimisation and the structuring of working methods.
• You will work closely with the Production, Quality, Methods and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth operations.

Your profile:

• You have a technical background in micromechanics, polymecanics, precision mechanics or an equivalent field.
• You have proven experience in a CNC environment, ideally in the watchmaking or microtechnology sector.
• You master machining processes and have solid knowledge of Crevoisier and Recomatic equipment.
• You have participated in the industrialisation of new products and the optimisation of manufacturing processes.
• You have successful experience in team management and leadership.
• You are recognised for your leadership, autonomy and ability to unite around common goals.
• You are field-oriented, performance-driven and committed to continuous improvement, with a strong spirit of initiative and collaboration.
