The company Rostan Suisse SA has been active since 2001. It has always specialised in cylindrical grinding, but drawing on its extensive experience in machine construction, it developed early on high-precision machining capabilities and a very modern control unit.

For several years, to increase customer flexibility, it has also implemented the necessary structures for the complete assembly of functional elements as well as the proposal for managing the customer’s stock and delivery on call of finished, certified, marked and packaged elements ready for shipment.

Responsibilities

• Programming, setup and production of high-precision parts on Mori-Seiki centres.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Performing quality checks on produced parts to ensure their conformity.
• Ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance of CNC machines.
• Collaborating with the team to optimise production processes.
• Complying with safety standards and internal procedures.

Qualifications

• Training in mechanics or equivalent (CFC or recognised diploma).
• Proven experience as a 3-4 axis CNC mechanic.
• Proficiency in CNC programming software (GibbsCam, Fanuc).
• Good understanding of technical drawings and tolerances.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Rigour, precision and attention to detail.
