We are looking for Care and Support Assistants/Nursing Assistants H/F/DASA / nursing assistants F/H/X / temporary work X / Hospital. We are seeking Care and Support Assistants/Nursing Assistants H/F/D residing in Switzerland to work in a reputable hospital in Geneva - Schedule % - Temporary Responsibilities: Assist elderly individuals in daily living activities; Apply instructions received from nurses and assistants in community health and care, organize and provide delegated support care; Ensure quality care during end-of-life periods, adhering to current rules and standards in this area (addressing physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs); Document oral and written communications in the resident's file; Participate in meal distribution and maintain the residents' environment; Accompany residents to activities; Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team. Profile: Holder of the AFP in Care and Support (ASA) or a nursing assistant diploma only. Auxiliary diplomas not accepted. RESIDING IN SWITZERLAND, French spoken and written; Good interpersonal skills, respect, and availability; Ability to work in a team and interdisciplinarily; Flexibility and willingness to respond to requests from various contacts.
