We offer a long-term, full-time assignment with complete training provided upon your arrival.TasksThe role combines the technical aspects of maintenance management software and the coordination of technical interventions on site.- Management of the new CMMS software.- Provide level 1 and 2 support and coordinate level 3 interventions with the teams.- Perform data imports/exports and technical configurations on databases.- Supervise the routing of intervention requests and ensure compliance with processing deadlines.- Monitor technical alarm systems and their integration into the software.We are looking for- SQL, XML knowledge in management and databases.- Experience with a CMMS solution.- Good technical knowledge in the building sector (HVAC, maintenance).- To succeed in this position, your personal skills are as follows: rigor and common sense.Recruitment processThis recruitment process is managed by the agency and our client wishes that all questions regarding the position be addressed to them.
