It works on the development of cutting-edge research and specialized centers of competence.The position is in the Clinical Research Unit for Gynecology and Obstetrics. The research unit aims to support the teams and doctors of the Department in the implementation and conduct of their research projects.Midwife within the Clinical Research Unit for Gynecology and Obstetrics – 60% to 80%We are looking for a midwife to ensure the follow-up for clinical research projects carried out within the framework of the department's clinical research unit, particularly in connection with the gynecology and obstetrics service but also potentially contributing to projects within the limits of their skills.Within the framework of your duties, you participate in the implementation and conduct of clinical trials and other research studies. You schedule appointments with patients, coordinate between the different services and various stakeholders of a study (within the institution and outside), and accompany the patients. You provide care related to clinical studies, collect data necessary for the clinical research protocol, and perform examinations planned within the framework of the studies. You receive examination results and enter them into the study database. In addition, you work between the maternity site (gynecology and obstetrics service) and the Children's Hospital site.You hold a HES-SO Bachelor's degree in midwifery or an equivalent midwifery title. You possess a real interest in research. You demonstrate good team spirit and confirmed organizational skills. In addition, you are capable of working autonomously by relying on your sense of responsibility and your analytical mind. For non-French speaking persons, level C1 in the spoken and written French test is required.Additional information:The schedules are regular hours but require a certain flexibility in order to adapt to the variability of the workload linked to the availability of patients and the structure, to the different studies, and in particular to the recruitment needs of patients. No night work.
