You contribute to the quality of care and client safety by implementing innovative best practices. You collaborate with the Vaud socio-health network to enrich and diversify the service offerings for the benefit of the community and act as a change agent. You work closely with the center manager, team leaders, and the service in monitoring clinical performance and implementing institutional practices.PROFILEMaster's degree in nursing sciences (Recognition from Red Cross for clinical diplomas of at least 4 years). Good knowledge of the Vaud healthcare and social-medical network. Experience in home care and assistance would be an asset. Skills in analysis and synthesis. Proficiency in teaching methods.
