The Vaud Hospital Network (Clinical Support Analyst N2/N3 (DPI & Clinical)) The Vaud Hospital Network (FHVi) is the privileged partner of more than 12 hospitals and regional healthcare facilities in the canton of Vaud. FHVi supports them in the numerous challenges of digital health and has the main missions of planning, designing, implementing, and operating the information systems for its members. There are more than 110 individuals serving a network of over a hundred geographical sites across three cantons (VD, VS, FR). Clinical Support Analyst N2/N3 (DPI and Clinical) Your Role Within the Management department and integrated into the Clinical IT team, you act as a support point of reference on critical issues, particularly concerning the Patient Record (DPI). In this capacity, you handle all tickets within the scope and provide advanced level 2 support, with a strong focus on analysis, comprehension, and contribution to the evolution and improvement of tools to continuously enhance the quality. Main Missions: Support and ensure the availability and continuity of service in clinics while respecting security standards; Manage incidents and service requests (level 2/3), analyze causes, and implement sustainable solutions; Conduct in-depth investigations on technical and functional aspects (analytical approach); Coordinate interventions with suppliers and partners; Execute tasks as necessary according to business needs; Participate continuously in improving tools and service quality; Keep technical aspects up to date according to FHVi’s internal standards; Perform regular technical checks to guarantee performance and availability of clinics; Contribute to support development and sharing of on-call duties (guard duty), about 6 weeks per year. What makes you unique: A degree (Bachelor) or a title deemed equivalent; Experience of 3 to 5 years minimum; Experience at level 2/3 required. Technical and Professional Skills: Proficiency in SQL queries to analyze and manipulate data and diagnose issues; Proven experience in support with in-depth analytical capability; Knowledge of ITSM tools (such as Jira, EasyVista); Understanding of flows and interfaces in a hospital or clinical environment; Knowledge of HL7 standards; Testing tools (e.g., Xray). Personal Qualities: Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities; Rigor, sense of detail, and proactivity; Autonomy in learning and ability to quickly gain skills; Stress resistance and ability to manage complex situations; Creative and suggestion-oriented mindset; Excellent communication and teamwork skills; Adaptability and openness to challenges, as well as ability to manage sensitive situations or crises.
