Description

To strengthen our external asset management division in Zurich, we are looking for a Client Support Manager.

Your key responsibilities will be: ·        

  • Day to day communications with the partners of the Company, such as the banks, lawyers, accountants, etc.;
  • Document preparation and processing (including but not limited to bank forms for account openings, documents necessary for the establishment of a client relationship with the Company);
  • Management of client files;
  • Day to day requests such as statements, payment requests, information inquiries;    
  • Management of correspondence;
  • Management of office administration and supplies (collecting requests for the team, arranging stocks);
  • Support of portfolio management team;
  • Support with the client meetings;   

Requirement:

  • Higher education;
  • Experience in financial and/or banking industry for at least 5 years
  • Proficiency in English and Russian is a plus;
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a highly committed and outgoing personality 
  • Team-player
  • Valid Swiss working permit
