For one of our clients, a private bank based in Geneva, we are looking for a :
Client Relationship Manager – Private Banking
Permanent position - 100%
Client Service Officer – Private Banking H/F
DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION
Support Client Relationship Managers in the servicing of domestic and international private banking clients across multiple booking centers
Process and monitor a wide range of client transactions, including payments, transfers, deposits, and cheque-related operations, while ensuring proper follow-up on pending items
Ensure that all client instructions and interactions are executed in accordance with applicable regulatory frameworks, internal policies, and compliance requirements
Coordinate and prepare account opening documentation, including the review and validation of structures for both individual and jointly held accounts, and track their completion
Enter and execute client trading instructions across multiple asset classes within internal systems, ensuring adherence to suitability rules and regulatory constraints
Handle corporate action processing and related client impacts in a timely and accurate manner
Draft and issue official banking documents such as account confirmations and reference letters upon request
Monitor and resolve operational and compliance-related topics including KYC, KYT, FATCA, tax compliance matters, and client risk classification updates
PROFIL ATTENDU
University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent
Initial experience within Private Banking or a banking operations environment
Strong command of Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with Avaloq or similar core banking systems is considered an advantage
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment
High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
Comfortable working under pressure and interacting with multiple internal stakeholders
