Are you rigorous, organized, and comfortable with numbers as well as multiple stakeholders? This role is for Quotations & Clients 100% H/F MISSION DESCRIPTION As Quotations & Clients, you play a key role between sales, technical, logistics teams, and clients. You intervene from the quotes to the complete execution of orders. Prepare complete quotes for machine projects, services, upgrades, and hybrid solutions. Coordinate and validate the content of offers with internal teams (sales, products, supply chain, legal, etc.). Calculate sales prices using our internal tool. Manage and track clients, orders, deliveries, and maintain fluid communication with clients, suppliers, and internal partners. Administer and monitor projects in SAP PROFILE Business employee or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial environment (quotations, logistics, or sales order management). Excellent mastery of letters of credit. Comfortable with SAP and office tools. Very good team spirit and stress resistance. Required languages: Fluent English & German (C1), Professional French (B2), Russian: a key position in a dynamic environment and varied stimulating technical projects, close collaboration with teams.
