What awaits you
- Advice and assistance to clients, mainly by phone or at reception during their visit to the agency
- Support to insurance advisors (pension and asset domain) in appointment scheduling, preparation of advice and follow-up of client files, as well as in the follow-up of technical processes
- Drafting of insurance offers and proposals
- Ongoing support to the agency’s advisory teams for all technical and administrative questions
- Frequent exchanges with various departments of AXA’s regional headquarters for all administrative matters
- General correspondence and administrative tasks of the agency related to internal service
- Support to the General Agent for recruitment needs (sorting application files, coordinating appointments, and conducting job interviews)
What you bring
- You have completed commercial training and ideally hold the AFA Life certification; a certification in human resources management is an asset
- You have solid experience in the technical and administrative field. Initial experience in conducting recruitment interviews is a plus
- Besides administrative activities, sales and advice genuinely interest you
- You have good knowledge of the Pension insurance field
- You have a positive, flexible and service-oriented temperament, with good interpersonal skills. Imbued with a team spirit, you seek solutions for every situation while remaining efficient and positive under pressure
- Versatility and flexibility go hand in hand with your team spirit
- You master French both orally and in writing; any other language is an advantage
- You reside in our activity area and have a good knowledge of the local economic fabric
- You are comfortable with common IT systems as well as learning new digital tools
