Your role 

  • Management of invitation processes for overarching event and hospitality platforms for Global Wealth Management EMEA region
  • Act as key point of contact for ticketing-related questions by the Marketing Team and selected business contacts
  • Manage weekly sendouts of CIO related client communication through the proprietary email marketing tool, including managing the approval process and distribution using the UBS Campaign tool
  • Optimization of client communications using analytics, A/B testing and other methods to enhance their effectiveness
  • Place of work will be Zurich


Your profile

  • Basic commercial training or equivalent / higher training
  • Professional experience at a client service/success operating/ticketing role, preferably in the tourism sector (travel agency or flight department at a tour operator) or hospitality sector
  • High service and client orientation is an absolute must
  • Strong affinity for digital tools and data analysis
  • Self-starter who is used to working independently
  • Detail-oriented, characterized by reliability, commitment and willingness to perform
  • Excellent communications skills; fluency in English is essential, with additional languages such as German, French and Italian being beneficial
