Architecture Agency is a dynamic architecture firm that is constantly developing its services. As part of the Ghelfi Group and active throughout French-speaking Switzerland, our architecture team works on varied projects and is looking, as part of its development, for an Architect Designer, specialized in client relations.MissionAt the heart of client relations, advise and accompany buyers during the process of (villas and residential buildings), in collaboration with the execution teams, from the start of the project to the handover of keys.TasksGraphic design- Advise and accompany clients in order to enhance the project by taking into account their needs and budgetary constraints as well as the project's time constraints.- Creation of mood boards and workshops according to the clients and the associated project.- Detailed establishment of interior designs integrating finishings, coatings and layouts, plans and/or 3D renderings.- Collaboration with the project team for client and partner choices.- Single point of contact during the project from the start until the lifting of reservations (handover of keys and final delivery of the project).- Represent the know-how and professionalism of Ghelfi to internal and external stakeholders.- Proactive communication and organization of buyer meetings and coordination meetings with project stakeholders.- Identify and anticipate questions and needs of buyers and suppliers.- Possible accompaniment of clients during choice appointments, site visits, and partial and complete client receptions.Financial monitoring- Financial monitoring for each buyer; from the start of monitoring and financial reporting, ensure compliance with contractual terms as well as the drafting of amendments and their validation.- Monitoring of the choice and buyer schedule defined by the project team and coordination with companies and partners.Cost- Respect for the budget allocated to the project, in accordance with buyer requests and the project team.Quality- Provide quality advice and client relations: responsiveness, proactivity, clarity of communication and monitoring.- Collaboration with execution teams for the quality level of finishes while respecting the allocated budget.- Personal and personalized accompaniment of each file.Profile- Architect, Interior Architect, Designer or equivalent.- Aptitude or experience in sales for client consulting.- Between 2 and 7 years of experience in the field, ideally including strong client relations.- Good command of specialized software: ArchiCad, AutoCad, Photoshop, Sketchup, Twinmotion, Enscape, InDesign.Qualities- Excellent sense of contact and customer service.- Passionate about Architecture and/or Interior Design.- Solution-oriented and structured work method.- Team spirit and ability to propose solutions.- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously with rigor and autonomy.What we offer- A company on a human scale attached to its values.- A stimulating work environment within an experienced team and a passionate activity in the construction sector.- Varied and enriching projects, with an integrated approach and focus on the client.- Permanent contract.- Start date: summer, to be agreed upon.- Activity rate between 80% and 100%, to be agreed upon.- Flexibility of weekly hours for client appointments in the evening if and when necessary (until 7 pm).- Position based in Gingins, Nyon region (VD). jid5b41af4aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
