CLIENT ADVISOR - BOUTIQUE MAXMARA GSTAAD
Are you passionate about luxury fashion and delivering exceptional customer experiences? Join our prestigious MaxMara boutique in the heart of Gstaad, where Italian elegance meets Alpine sophistication. We're seeking a dynamic and dedicated Client Advisor to become an integral part of our year-round team.
Year-round permanent position (100%) available immediately or by arrangement
WHAT YOU BRING:
Proven sales experience, ideally in women's luxury fashion
Fluency in German and English (additional languages are a plus)
Residing in the Gstaad region or nearby areas with daily commuting accessibility
Genuine passion for fashion and exceptional customer service
Results-driven mindset with outstanding sales abilities
Comfortable working with basic technology (iPad, POS system, email)
Flexibility, team spirit, and self-motivation
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver personalized sales experiences to our local and international clientele
Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with our valued customers
Manage merchandise reception and inventory
Continuously expand your product knowledge through ongoing training
