Sector Manager Cleaning Sector Manager – Cleaning Field Regions Geneva & Vaud As part of a technical team, you will manage a portfolio of about a hundred clients, under the responsibility of the supervisor, and you will be the main and trusted contact for our clients for the follow-up of various sites: watchmaking industry, tertiary and commercial sectors, luxury environment, shows, private schools, private banks, buildings, missions. Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning agents and team leaders. Plan and control the attendance records. Manage work tasks, absences, leaves, and replacements. Advise and ensure compliance with internal quality, safety, and hygiene standards in the workplace. Ensure the follow-up of quality controls and teams, and formalize quality checks. Guarantee the proper execution of work while respecting deadlines and defined quality levels. Maintain a high-quality commercial relationship with clients. Actively participate in the development of the business in the sector. Profile You are service and solution-oriented, with confirmed experience in the cleaning sector in a similar position. A thorough knowledge of cleaning techniques is required. You are a hands-on person, flexible, capable of adapting to the time constraints specific to the sector. Autonomous, organized, and possessing excellent priority management skills. Meticulous, with a strong sense of service, customer listening, and good skills with tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Holder of a driving license (service vehicle and mobile phone provided).
