Sector Manager (multi-site) cleaning 100%Workplace: Renens (with travel in Vaud)Start rate: 100%Is it you?In this management role, you adopt an entrepreneurial vision and act proactively and in a service-oriented manner. As a manager at ISS, you lead teams, you are the primary contact person for clients, and you ensure that our services are provided at the highest level of quality. You are responsible for quality assurance as well as costs and the profitability of the sites you manage.- Supervision and management of cleaning teams- Execution of quality audits and implementation of corrective actions- Management and monitoring of cleaning projects- Regular contact with clients- Financial monitoring of the activity- Stock management, ordering of cleaning products (equipment and consumables), and inventory management- Occasional night and weekend interventionsWhat you bring- CFC as an agent or equivalent qualification- Confirmed experience in a similar position- Knowledge of the transport sector (buses, trains) is a plus- Experience in team management is essential- Proficiency in spoken and written French (minimum B2)- Good knowledge of digital tools (MS Office)- Driver's license- Strong customer focus- Autonomous and sense of responsibility- Good resistance to stress- Sense of organization and ability to work in a teamReady for us?
