Your main focus will be on processing demanding files in the Italian language. Additionally, you will take on tasks depending on the needs of the team in German, working closely with a team and making a significant contribution to high-quality, legally compliant, and customer-oriented case management. Tasks: Independent and responsible handling of accident insurance cases according to UVG. Professional evaluation of benefit claims (daily allowances, medical costs, integrity damages, pensions), reviewing and assessing medical and other documents. Controlling invoices and creating well-founded and understandable benefit decisions. Written and telephone contact with insured persons, employers, service providers, and social insurances. Actively contributing to efficient, customer-oriented, and high-quality case management. Your Profile: You have a commercial education. Very good and solid knowledge in accident insurance (UVG). Ideally, you have a qualification as an insurance specialist with a federal diploma (VBV) or social security specialist with a federal diploma. You possess very good Italian and German language skills (C1-C2) for processing complex claims (a must). You are an organized, proactive person willing to further educate yourself in your field. You are able to work both in a team and independently. You are dynamic and flexible, feel comfortable working with people, and can establish a trusting relationship with your various interlocutors.
