For one of our clients based in the Lausanne region, we are looking for a: Civil Engineering ForemanYour missionAs a key player on the construction site, you ensure the technical and human management of our civil engineering projects (infrastructure works, networks, earthworks, urban development). Under the responsibility of the Construction Manager, you guarantee profitability, quality, and safety in your main responsibilities:- Manage teams on site, plan resources, and oversee technical execution: reading complex plans and rigorously tracking project progress.- Safety and Quality: Ensure strict adherence to safety standards (SUVA) and the quality of work execution.- Draft daily reports, log hours, and manage delivery slips.- Supervision: Lead, motivate, and train workers and apprentices on the site.Requirements:- Diploma X: Holder of the federal certificate for civil engineering foreman (or equivalent title recognized in Switzerland).- Driving license: B- Specific licenses: Machine operator’s license / Crane operator’s license (SUVA) are an asset; first aid/ rescue training is required.Experience and Skills:- Proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar position in Switzerland.- Excellent command of French (spoken and written).- Proficient in common tools (construction tablet, digital reports).What we offer:- A pleasant working atmosphere.- Support in your development and growth. jid1c9d25baen jit0414aen jpiy26aen
