You will ensure the complete management of the projects entrusted to you, from the study phase to completion, by coordinating stakeholders, managing calls for tenders, and guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality. You will also participate in the assessment of maintenance and upgrading needs for existing infrastructure and contribute to the planning of investments. Comfortable both in the field and in the office, you will monitor the execution of construction sites, provide technical solutions in the event of unforeseen circumstances, and may be required to represent the municipality before various bodies and partners.Your profileAutonomous and organized, you will manage your projects with rigor while maintaining a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach. Comfortable in a political environment, you will know how to interact with various stakeholders and advance projects constructively. Your sense of negotiation and your ease of communication will allow you to defend the interests of the municipality with relevance. Benefiting from confirmed experience in civil engineering (roads, sanitation, public domain), you ideally know the functioning of a municipal administration. While prior experience in Switzerland is required, good knowledge of the Geneva context represents a major asset.
