Your Profile
- You hold a degree in civil engineering and have at least 5 years of experience managing infrastructure projects in Switzerland (roads, railways and/or civil engineering structures).
- You are proficient with OFROU procedures and documentation (knowledge of SBB standards is an asset).
- You are comfortable with legal processes such as public procurement and public inquiry procedures.
- You have a good command of project management software tools.
- You demonstrate excellent analytical, organisational and synthesis skills.
- Your rigour, combined with a creative approach, enables you to propose modern and relevant solutions.
- You are recognised for your dynamism, positive attitude and interpersonal ease, facilitating teamwork and collaboration on complex projects.
The Assignment
- Support to the client and general management of works within major road infrastructure projects (OFROU) and occasionally railway projects (SBB, etc.)
- Definition of project strategy, management of costs, deadlines and quality
- Monitoring of multidisciplinary studies in various phases as well as the works
- Organisation and management of project review and DGT meetings
- Organisation of public service and construction procurement procedures
- Short-term career prospects as BAMO Project Manager / DGT Manager or Deputy depending on project scale
