Join us!In the context of a project with the Canton of Valais, the Energy and Environment Institute of the School of Engineering is looking for a:Civilian Service Worker (100%)The Canton of Valais manages a fleet of approximately 400 buildings equipped with technical installations, monitored via a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) allowing for the centralization of equipment. The position is part of the energy management and renovation strategy for the building stock of the Canton of Valais, through the development of planned maintenance to reduce energy costs and CO2 emissions.In this context, your main missions are:Field work- Take charge of the tool developed for the collection of the database in the field (tool created by the student body)- Plan building visits and supervise students in charge of the inventory via QR codes during the month of August- Process, verify, and structure the collected data, then import them into the CMMSDevelopment and management of the CMMS- Take charge of the existing CMMS tool- Create and structure maintenance ranges- Set up a maintenance calendar in connection with the defined ranges- Collaborate with the CMMS publisher for its configuration and deploymentThe objectives of the position are as follows:- Optimize the energy performance of buildings- Make technical data reliable- Structure and improve the CMMS- Set up effective and planned preventive maintenanceYour profile:- Engineering or technical training- Mastery of Excel and data processing- Knowledge of Python (an asset)- Personal skills:- Autonomy- Rigor- Good sense of organization- Interest in energy issues and building performanceActivity rate: 100%Workplace: SionStart date: Immediately or to be agreedEnd of engagement: To be agreedWe invite you to submit your complete application file (CV, cover letter, diplomas, and work certificates) by clicking on the Apply button until September 4.
