Civil Engineer at 100%

Your role

At the heart of our projects, you will ensure the technical and operational management of works related to the construction and renovation of sports infrastructures.

In collaboration with management, foremen and site teams, you contribute to the success of projects from their design to their completion.

Your main responsibilities

• Study, plan and coordinate construction projects.
• Prepare offers, bids and technical files.
• Ensure the technical, financial and administrative monitoring of sites.
• Participate in site meetings and represent the company to clients, technical offices and partners.
• Supervise the progress of works and ensure compliance with costs, deadlines and quality requirements.
• Provide technical support to team leaders and foremen.
• Participate in the development and continuous improvement of our working methods.

Your profile

✅ HES, EPF Engineering degree or equivalent training in civil engineering.

✅ Professional experience in civil engineering works or sports surfaces.

✅ Confidence in project management and site monitoring.

✅ Good command of common IT tools and technical software.

✅ Autonomous, organised and proactive personality.

✅ Excellent sense of responsibility and communication.

✅ Strong interest in specialised construction projects and sports infrastructures.
