Liaison Nurse at 80%The Nant Foundation organizes all public care in the East Vaud region. It assumes public health missions at the request of the Canton of Vaud. Its care services are open to everyone, children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly living in the districts of Aigle, Lavaux-Oron, and Riviera-Pays-d'Enhaut. They are offered by psychologists, nurses, occupational therapists, social workers, and other mental health professionals. The Nant Foundation is a member of the Federation of Vaud Hospitals (FHV), the umbrella organization for regional Vaud hospitals recognized as being in the public interest. It is also part of the Haut-Léman Health Network, which brings together health partners from the Riviera and Pays-d'Enhaut with those from the Vaud and Valais Chablais. Rooted in psychoanalysis by its history, the Nant Foundation currently recognizes itself in its contemporary developments. The resulting clinical vision is expressed through its care practices and its openness to others. To complete its team in the Emergency Reception and Liaison Service (SPAUL) within our Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy Service (SPPEA), the Nant Foundation is opening a position for a Liaison Nurse at 80%.THE MISSIONThe SPPEA takes care of young people aged 0 to 18 and their families in the East Vaud region. It guarantees accessible, continuous care adapted to the needs of the population. The SPAUL's mission is to welcome, evaluate, and care for patients in crisis requiring emergency intervention and to guide them within the care system. As a liaison nurse, your main mission will be to ensure liaison follow-up for patients hospitalized at the HRC.WE OFFERThe SPAUL covers all liaison and emergency activity for the East Vaud sector. It is located at the Nant Foundation and is the main point of contact for the HRC pediatric department. Working within this team means exercising a diversified activity within a multidisciplinary team. It is also a unique opportunity to participate in the co-construction of care projects in the East Vaud region.WE ARE LOOKING FORA person with experience in psychiatry, holding a Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nursing, recognized by the Red Cross, and having good knowledge of the health environment in East Vaud. Holding a CAS in community health or liaison would be an asset. We are looking for a person capable of collaborating within interdisciplinary teams, preventing and/or defusing crisis situations, as well as evaluating, guiding, and containing while proposing adapted care. Ease in engaging in a reflective process as well as good communication and writing skills are required. Experience in a similar position, good autonomy, an ability to manage unforeseen events and stress, as well as skills in analysis and interdisciplinary work are essential to work in this environment.
