Almaval is a center for mental health care and FMH psychotherapist. Our teams consist of professionals with diverse profiles, convinced that professionalism, collective work, sharing of skills, and passion can support the implementation of truly tailored therapies to the particular needs of each individual. Almaval aims to provide an environment where everyone can find resources to develop individually and work on their well-being, as well as in the context of new projects concerning care for children and adolescents in the Lake Geneva region, we are looking for an FMH psychotherapist (variable, preferably at least 50%) within a center that offers infrastructure and equipment to support FMH psychotherapists. Job Description:- Taking care of acute psychological disorders and psychotherapy.- Responsibility of a medical supervisor in team management.- Supervision of team professionals and legal projects, with the possibility of conducting assessments if desired.Desired Profile:- Physician with a specialist title of FMH psychotherapist (titles recognized by MEBEKO are also accepted).- Physician with the right to practice in the canton of Vaud and/or Geneva (or a minimum of 3 years of experience within a center in Switzerland).- Physician authorized to bill under the AOS.- Excellent conduct of psychotherapeutic interviews.- Interest in project development according to ambitions and skills.- Excellent command of French, spoken and written.
