Two Child Project Managers – Special Education Teacher (80–90%)The Foundation for Extraordinary Children (FEE) has the mission of developing the full potential of children with complex neurodevelopmental disorders and ensuring their social integration. In service of its mission, the FEE innovates and develops a quality inclusive model and works to strengthen the system.A solid multidisciplinary team of qualified professionals mobilizes to develop and provide coordinated, individualized, and intensive care, focused on strengths while respecting the needs and pace of each child. This care combines support in a mainstream school environment with individual pedagogical and therapeutic reinforcement sessions at the FEE Center in Geneva.To complete our team, we are looking for two Child Project Managers – Special Education Teacher (80–90%) to join our dynamic and committed team.Main missions- Pilot the child's individualized project (school, family, partners).- Assess needs and analyze learning difficulties.- Implement specialized pedagogical support (FEE center and school).- Develop fundamental learning and autonomy skills.- Structure a progressive school trajectory (5P–8P).- Actively collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.- Participate in meetings and ensure follow-up of the child's profile.Profile- Diploma in special education.- Perfect command of the French language, both oral and written.- Confirmed experience in supporting children with developmental disorders or special educational needs.- Proven experience in managing individualized projects.- Excellent analytical, organizational, and writing skills.We offer- A stimulating and caring work environment within a team active in a mission with meaning and impact for children and their families.- Opportunities for continuing education and professional development.- Possibility to contribute to innovative projects.To applyDo you have a team spirit and the desire to join the FEE?
