The Early Childhood Service (SDPE) implements the early childhood policy of the City of Geneva, managing municipal childcare structures and supporting those it subsidizes. To strengthen our teams at the La Ruche childcare facility, we are looking for: Your mission and responsibilities - Organize the reception and support of children (0 to 4 years) while ensuring quality and compliance with regulations in force. - Contribute to and ensure the implementation of the educational project of the childcare facility and institution. - Develop and implement actions related to the educational project. - Accompany and supervise the activities of interns, learners, childcare assistants, and aides. - Create a group dynamic conducive to the awakening, development, and well-being of children (0 to 4 years). - Ensure communication and transmission of information to families. - Collaborate and participate in meetings and exchanges with representatives from the educational sector. Profile - Hold a diploma from a higher school or early childhood qualification from Geneva or Lausanne (ESEDE), or a diploma recognized by SEFRI. - Demonstrate a spirit of enthusiasm, openness, and kindness. - Show a strong capacity for listening, good stress management, and ease in communication. - Have at least 2 years of successful experience with young children.
