Your mission: As part of the resources available, you will participate, under the supervision of the Management, in the quality welcome of children and the proper functioning of the facility. Welcome, support, organize, and manage a group of children according to the educational concept; actively participate in and implement institutional pedagogy; engage in various group and institutional projects and ensure their follow-up; create trust with the team and families in order to offer quality welcome.Your profile: Early Childhood degree, or a degree considered equivalent; experience in a preschool environment with children aged 30 months to 4 years; a sense of autonomy, responsibility, and qualities; team spirit and ability to work together; ease and flexibility.
