In this full-time role, you will work in collaboration with a medico-therapeutic team (psychologists, nurses) to provide high-quality care to our patients. The Psychiatry Service of the Mental Health Pole of the Réseau de l ARC is an ISFM establishment (currently being recognized for category B) for hospital and outpatient activity.Job DescriptionYour work consists of evaluating and caring for children, adolescents aged 0-18, and their families in an outpatient setting within the CAP. You will also work in close collaboration with the UHPA (Unit for Adolescents) and with the emergency department of the Moutier hospital, being able to respond to the demand for consultations. In this context, the missions are as follows:- Perform evaluations and care for patients independently.- Supervision and coaching of the assistant physician and the assistant psychologist, both in training.- Demonstrate the ability to accompany, manage complex cases in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry, and take decisions and responsibilities incumbent upon a 2nd-line executive physician.- Substitution of the Physician responsible for the site, the Lead Physician referring to the CAP regarding tasks incumbent upon the management of the site and the smooth running of care (family interviews and networks).- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the medico-therapeutic team.- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans if necessary.- Prescribe and manage medications according to the system.- Intervene in case of crisis and provide emergency care, if necessary.- Participate in medico-therapeutic team meetings to discuss patient care.- Maintain accurate and detailed electronic medical records.- Participate in the development and implementation of sector and hospital protocols and procedures.- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.Profile- Possession of a medical degree or an equivalent title recognized by the Federal Commission for Medical Professions (MEBEKO) is mandatory.- Experience of at least 3 years, including at least 2 years in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy, in addition to 1 year(s) of complementary experience in adult psychiatry or in a related field is required.- A proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team is essential.- A strong commitment to medical ethics and the dissemination of knowledge is required.- Capacity for curiosity and interest in the implementation of new projects.- Mastery of the French language at a minimum B2 level is required.Additional InformationWe offer a varied and stimulating activity within a dynamic establishment in constant evolution.
